Returns and Exchanges
Customer satisfaction is my number one priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please do not hesitate to contact me and I will be happy to work with you to resolve any issues you may have with your order.
RETURNS: We would be happy accept a return. Any product that has not been used or washed, still with tags or in its original packaging and has been purchased in the last 15 days is eligible for return. Once we receive the item back to our studio and we have ensured it meets the return criteria, we will issue a shop credit for the purchase price of the item (the refund will not include shipping charges). Buyer MUST convo me within 5 days of receiving their order for approval on the return. Returns must be sent back within 10 days of receiving the dress. If not, we will not process the return.
EXCHANGES: (Domestic/International customers): Buyer is responsible for all return shipping fees involved. Buyer MUST convo me within 5 days of receiving their order for approval on the exchange. Exchanges must be sent back within 10 days of receiving the dress. If not, we will not process the exchange.

I am not responsible for lost international packages! All international orders are shipped First Class Mail International and do not have tracking numbers. As a buyer you are responsible for paying the customs fees, duties, import taxes, and any related charges. International orders normally take 2-3 weeks to reach their destination, but can take up to 2 months. Packages shipped around holidays, may take longer to get to their destination.
International orders upgraded to Priority Express International take approximately 6-10 business days, but can take longer depending on your region. Please send me a message if you would like to have your shipping upgraded to Priority Express International, a tracking number is included. If you would like signature confirmation added to your order or insurance, it is an additional charge (because we are charged) and we must be contacted with your request.
